Continuous Improvement Through Six Sigma
AI4 Imaging and Indexing Private Limited is pleased to announce the completion of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Program as part of its commitment to continuous improvement. Around 30 managers participated in the company-sponsored initiative to strengthen process efficiency and enhance quality standards across operations.
After completing the training, participants were organized into project teams and worked on real-time improvement projects related to ongoing operations. The projects focused on improving workflow efficiency, reducing turnaround time, improving data accuracy, and optimizing internal processes. As part of these projects, teams applied DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) to identify root causes of issues, analyze value and non-value-added activities, and implement improvement ideas through brainstorming and structured problem-solving.
All teams successfully completed and submitted their improvement projects, demonstrating AI4’s strong culture of teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence. AI4 will continue to invest in training, innovation, and process improvement to deliver greater value to its customers."
